\\What should I do if I've lost something at the festival?

Please email a detailed description of your lost item to dimelo@panlatino.com. We will be inventorying the returned items and will get back to you on whether or now we have located yours. 

\\What is the best time to arrive at the festival?

You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the band you want to see is scheduled to play. Why risk it? 

\\Can I walk to the festival/gates?

Yes, check out metrotransit.org for options for getting to and from the fest!

\\At what time the festival starts and ends?

Saturday, AUG 21 - The event starts at 12 pm  and ends at 8 PM.

Sunday, AUG 22 - The event starts at 10 am  and ends at 6 PM.

 

\\Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes, check back the week of the festival for final set times.

\\What should I wear?

Check the weather forecast before you arrive. It’s always a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater for the evening hours, even if it’s hot during the day.

\\How do I submit a band to play at PanLatino Fest?

Send an email with detailed info to  dimelo@panlatinofest.com.

\\I'm a photographer. Who do I arrange a photo pass through?

Submit detailed requests direct from the management of media outlets to  dimelo@panlatinofest.com.

\\Can I pass out flyers inside? Outside?

You cannot pass out any flyers inside under any circumstances. If you decide to distribute them outside the venue, please respect our neighbors and be sure to clean up any discarded flyers before you leave for the day.

\\How do I become a food vendor? Or non-food vendor? Or a sponsor?

If you’re interested in sponsoring Panlatino Fest, send us an email to dimelo@panlatinofest.com. If you’re interested in vending at Panlatino Fest send an email to dimelo@panlatinofest.com. We’ll get you materials, forms, and info quickly.

\\Can I bring my medical prescription? Example: Insulin?

You will need to present any prescription drugs to security, who will turn them over to our onsite medics who will evaluate them, and determine whether or not they will be allowed in. Only bring enough medication to last you one day.

\\Can I bring e-cigs?

Just be respectful of our people and our neighbors.

\\Will there be food offered?

Yes, we’ll have over a dozen food vendors, with very diverse menus.

\\Will I be able to find security if needed?

Yes, there will be searches of people and purses/bags at all gates, and security teams will be in bright, easy to see clothing and present in all areas of the fest grounds.

\\Will there be ATMs?

Yes, they will be at the main gates.

\\Are Credit Cards Accepted?

Credit cards are accepted at the box office.

 

\\Will there be ATMs?

\\Will there be cell phone charging stations on-site?

We are working on it.  (More info or rates and availability here soon.)

 

\\Will there be First Aid on-site?

Yes, there will be multiple ambulances and paramedic teams to take care of you should you have any health issues.

\\Will there be Water Stations?

There will be one set of public drinking fountains onsite. Bottled water will be sold in all concession areas.

 

\\Will there be a sunglasses/visors or hats/sunscreen sold?

Yes, there will be multiple vendors selling all kinds of useful items.

\\What's the deal with parking?

There will be event parking in identified areas. For full list, please write to dimelo@panlatinofest.com. Some street parking is available in the neighborhood. Though we encourage everyone to utilize public transportation. Find out more about your options at www.metrotransit.org

 

\\Will there be passes sold at the event?

If there are still passes left (capacity is limited), then yes, they will be sold at the box office. Prices will rise as the festival gets closer, so be sure to buy early and save money you can spend at the fest. See pricing info on our TICKETS page.
